Changelog
2026
July 2026
- Improved — “Why It Matches” Section on Company Profiles When reviewing a company in a SourceAI search, you now see why it matches your criteria directly on the profile.
- Improved — A redesigned Contact Experience One place to see and manage every contact and intro request for a company and an updated contact tab in company profiles.
- Improved — A Streamlined Menu Everything you use daily is now one click from the top: Home, SourceAI, Lists, Companies, Projects, Analytics.
- New — Project Flow Configuration Now your organization can define how venture clienting actually works across your business units and project managers — the stages, tasks, approvals, and terminology that match how you operate.
June 2026
- Improved — Company profiles refreshed. A new certification section now appears directly on startup profiles. Browse certifications on any profile and quickly gauge startup maturity.
- Improved — Company Outreach: Reach out in bulk Select a batch of startups in a list or a project and connect with all of them in one click — no more one profile at a time.
- New — Company Insights (beta) in Analytics. An aggregate, visual overview of every startup your org has engaged with — portfolio at a glance, where your innovation is sourced from, funding maturity, and which companies keep showing up across projects. Drill into any chart to the companies behind it.
- Improved — Company profiles refreshed. A new Funding & Investors section (rounds and the investors behind each company), richer Customers & Case Studies, and a tighter, faster-to-scan layout.
- New — Your Companies: drill-down CRM. New filters to drill down on your companies, curate lists and manage exports — and “Listed in,” “Shortlisted in” and “Selected in” are now included in the CSV export.
- Improved — PDF Exports 2.0. Generation moved to the backend, so big reports no longer freeze your browser — you click Export and get a download link. All three export types (List, Project, Startup Profile) were redesigned with proper covers and cleaner typography; critical “Why?” notes and source links are back; and project reports gain a visual timeline, a Pain Point page, and an export-options modal with a “Pain Point only” preset.
- Improved — Analytics, rebuilt. Every chart recalculated on the backend and audited, so numbers reconcile across your Kanban and Analytics.
- New — Drill-down on every chart. Click any bar, segment or metric to see the exact projects behind it.
- New — Funnel Health view. Stage volumes, conversion rates and bottlenecks at a glance.
- New — Custom targets vs. benchmarks. Set conversion-rate and cycle-time targets and compare to industry medians.
- New — Data Health Check. Surfaces missing fields and inconsistencies so you can keep insights reliable.
- Improved — Median “Days in Phase” replaces averages, so outliers no longer skew speed metrics.
- New — Full data export (v2). One-click CSV of all underlying project data.
- New — Fresh funding rounds (PitchBook). Up-to-date funding on company profiles and landscapes, refreshed monthly and merged with existing data.
- New — Startup outreach. Admin dashboard to review and edit recipients and content before anything sends, scheduled follow-ups, and custom email templates.
- Improved — Bulk company outreach. Select a batch of startups from any list or project and connect with all of them in one click — no more one profile at a time. A personal status column (Not contacted → Pending → Sent → Connected) tracks every request, scoped to you.
- Improved — Certifications on startup profiles. Startup certification data now appears directly on profiles, so you can gauge startup maturity at a glance.
