Projects give every venture-clienting initiative its own workspace — structured, tracked, and visible across your team.
The pipeline phases

Phase and group labels can be renamed in Settings → Projects — changes reflect across the Kanban and Analytics.
What lives inside a project
- Pain point description and context
- Assigned team, department, and project type
- Linked companies (from Lists)
- Tasks, documents, and comments
- Learnings (logged at PoC stage)
- Financial data (PoC cost, expected value)
- Project health status
